Sliding Shoe Sorters

ProSort sliding shoe sorters are designed for high speed applications where product diverting needs to be both positive and gentle. Products are transported on anodized aluminum slats where, at a predetermined location, divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line or chute.

The ProSort 100 is designed for smaller goods. The 400 series handles a wider variety of product types and weights and can divert at either at a 30 degree or 22 degree angle depending upon throughput speed requirements. Narrow Belt Sorters

ProSort Series SRT and MRT provide space-saving results due to the ability to sort high speed at 90 degree intervals. They provide reliable sortation for a wide variety of small and medium-sized goods including parcels, packages and loose items. Products are transported on multiple strands of narrow industrial belts. High friction rollers pop up between the belts and, at the appropriate moment, transfer items at right angle to the sorter.

Pop-Up Wheel Sorters

The Model ProSort SC sorter is a belt-driven sortation conveyor. The belt concept provides a reliable method of tracking packages to the divert stations where inline rows of pivoting urethane friction wheels pop up to provide angular sortation. Take-away spurs can be fully powered by being slaved off the main belt conveyor to help maximize sortation capacity.

Tilt Tray / Cross Belt

A high volume continuous-loop sortation system of interconnected carriers used for handling and sorting packaged items. Tilt Tray – A series of wood trays are used to carry products; a particular tray is automatically tilted at an assigned destination or chute, allowing the object to slide or drop from the carrier at the exact moment necessary. Cross Belt – A series of powered belt units carry product to the particular order destination assigned to a chute, allowing the object to be automatically powered (“driven”) off from the belted carrier at the exact moment necessary.

For both Tilt Tray and Crossbelt, line items are consolidated into the chutes where lighted displays indicate all of the items are accounted for in a particular customer order. The goods are repacked and then processed for shipment.

Carton Flow/Pallet flow

Pallet Flow and Carton Flow enables FIFO (First IN / First Out) rotation of products in storage. This high-density storage system is fitted with slightly pitched gravity flow rails or conveyors which allow the cartons or pallets to roll down to the other side at a controlled pace.

Brake rollers integrated into pallet flow lanes control the velocity of heavy loads and pallets. Flow lanes can responsibly accumulate up to 20 pallet positions deep or even more.

Viper Sorter / Sweep Sorter

ViperSort is a high speed right angle sortation conveyor used to sort small- to medium-size products. The ViperSort utilizes a patented design which enables the sorting of cylindrical products, extremely thin items such as blister packs, vinyl envelopes and other problematic items.

Overall Widths: 13-1/4″, 15-1/4″, 17-1/4″ & 19-1/4″ Capacity – Maximum unit package weight 25 lbs. SweepSort can accurately track and literally “sweep” problematic items such as small items and round objects at rates up to 140 items per minute. This sorter utilizes a composite modular cleated belt with a sweep mechanism that allows previously nonconveyable items to be sorted in stations as close as 12 inches apart. Interroll Cross Belt Sorter

The Vertical Crossbelt Sorter sorts material up to a maximum of 35 kg, e.g. cardboard boxes, parcels, small packages, packaged foods, catalogue goods, padded envelopes, multimedia products, clothing, etc.

Ferag Pouch Sorter

Skyfall is the unique overhead conveyor system that makes use of gravity and the third dimension. A simple rail profile with roller bodies allows the most diverse articles up to 10 kilograms in weight to be conveyed from A to B. Two types of shuttles are available. Type M for items up to 3kg. Type L can carry up to 10kg. And when that weight exceeds 10 kilogrammes, trolley systems are used.
